Ricky only takes 10 new players each month.

Your kid plays for hours each week. They train in their spare time. When they're not on the court, they're watching basketball. You know they want this.
The hard part is knowing whether all that work is actually going anywhere — because the years between 12 and 17 are when most basketball pathways are decided.
Two kids can put in the same work across those years and end up in completely different places.
One spent those hours on the things that actually move a player forward. One didn't. Most families never find out which one they were until it's too late to change it.
Effort has never been the problem. Direction is.
Ricky Grace has been exactly where your child is trying to go. 482 games NBL, four championships, the NBA, the Olympics. The Grace 5 is the only way to work privately with him: 5 one-on-one sessions built so players don't have to guess what to work on.

Five one-on-one sessions planned and run by Ricky Grace and his team with every minute focused on your child's game.

Ricky learns the strengths of their game and exposes the gaps (the real ones, not the ones you assumed).

Every session sharpens a strength or fixes a weakness. No generic drills, no wasted reps.

The reads and decisions you can't get from drills. Taught by one of the best guards in NBL history.

The standards and routines of a professional, built into how your child trains and plays.

A clear picture of where their game goes next. So the years that decide their pathway aren't left to chance.

"I was 23 years old when I stepped off a plane in Perth. I'd grown up in Dallas, played my college ball at Oklahoma, and been drafted into the NBA. Australia was supposed to be a one-year stopover.
It became my life. Sixteen seasons with the Perth Wildcats. Four championships. Two Grand Final MVPs. I became an Australian citizen and wore the green and gold at the Sydney Olympics. In 2010, the club hung my #15 in the rafters at RAC Arena.
But none of it happens without the coaches who got hold of me as a kid — the ones who saw what I actually needed to work on, not what I wanted to work on, and were honest enough to tell me.
Since my playing days ended, I've watched too many talented WA kids work incredibly hard without anyone giving them that same honest direction. That's why I'm dedicating this chapter of my career to the next generation of players in WA.
The same thing my coaches gave me. Direction."

They're serious about playing at the next level: rep teams, state programs, college or pro pathways.
They're putting in the hours, but you're not sure the work is moving them forward.
They're ready for honest feedback on their game, even when it's not what they expected to hear
You want their development guided by someone who's been where they're trying to go.

There are no drop-in sessions and no shortcuts around it. Every one of the 10 monthly spots goes to a player committed to all 5 sessions
Players who are serious about improving — whether that's complete beginners, or more experienced players working towards making rep teams, pushing for state programs, or chasing college and pro pathways. Age and current level matter less than attitude: this is for kids who want to be coached.
Five private sessions, planned and run by Ricky Grace and his team. It starts with an honest assessment of your child's game — their strengths and their gaps — then every session from there sharpens a strength or fixes a weakness.
Because this is genuinely private training. Ricky and his team plan every player's program individually, and 10 new players a month is the cap that keeps it that way. When the month's spots are filled, the next intake opens the following month.
Sessions typically run weekly, so most players complete their 5 sessions in around 5 weeks. Scheduling is confirmed once a spot is secured.

Not at all. The honest assessment at the start establishes exactly where their game is — that's the point of it. All that matters is that they're ready to work and open to feedback.
Your child finishes with a clear picture of how their game has improved and what their next step is. Many players continue beyond their first 5 sessions, but that's a conversation for session 5 — not a requirement.
